March 13:
The annual CSM (Cruise Shipping Miami) Charity Motorcycle Ride will begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Port of Miami and continue through the Everglades to Everglades City, FL. Bikers will lunch at The Oyster House Restaurant in Everglades City and receive a commemorative T-shirt and pin before returning to Miami via the same route. Registration fee is $50 and includes lunch, T-shirt and a commemorative pin. Register online at www.cruisesshippingmiami.com/charity-ride-info.
Registration will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Port of Miami World Trade Center Building.
March 25 – 26:
Relay for Life of Parkland will be held at Marjory Stoneman Douglas School in Parkland, will begin at 6 p.m. with a celebratory Survivor’s Lap with Dr. Nicholas Tranakas, past president of the Broward County Division of the American Cancer Society. The race is one of thousands that go on nationwide to support the American Cancer Society. The public event will be from 6 to 11 p.m. March 25, with registered racing teams continuing until 9 a.m. March 26.
